Since 2000 our Company has been working with Altai State Technical University (AltGTU) and Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzGTU) that train specialists for our company in the following fields: economics;

IT;
production automation;
applied chemistry of non-organic substances;
machines and equipment for chemical production;
applied chemistry of natural energy sources and carbon-base materials;
applied chemistry of organic substances.

 The human resource policy of OJSC Altai-Koks is based on creating opportunities for employees’ professional training. OJSC Altai-Koks has an ambitious HR development program with two key principles: retraining, i.e. workers multi-skilling, and professional development of managers and specialists.

Joint programs with universities:

 1. Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzGTU):
 
31 full-time students from the plant are doing courses in the field of Applied Chemistry of Natural Energy Sources, Machines and Equipment for Chemical Products, etc. In 2008 15 people completed their studies.

 2. Altai State Technical University (AltGTU):
 
The partnership with the Polzunov Altai State Technical University started in 2001. Currently one employee from OJSC Altai-Koks is taking a course in the field of IT and Computer Technology at the University.

Every year students of Community College No. 41 of Zarinsk city as well as university and college students from Altaisky Krai undergo on-site training in an operational environment of the Company. In 2008, 250 students from Community College No. 41 and 86 university and college students completed various professional training programs with the Company.

The Company covers all the education related expenses of its prospective employees and enters into agreements with them for the period of their studies. Students who complete the education based on such agreements are guaranteed a job provided there are vacancies.
 In 2004 a license was issued to OJSC Altai-Koks on educational activities conducting (professional training programs) and certain works performing – "À 116091" of 03.11.2004.
