| OAO Altai-Koks Summarizes 2009 Results |
In 2009 OAO Altai-Koks produced more than 3,043 million tons of coke, which is 6.4% less than in 2008.
The Company produced some 136,000 tons of tar (-11%), 73,000 tons of ammonium sulfate (-5%), and 76,000 tons of baked coal (-12%). The decrease in production is related to lower consumption of coke at steelmaking companies in 2009.
