| Altai-Koks implements personnel development programs |
In the first 9 months of 2009 OAO Altai-Koks allocated over RUR 3.2 mn for personnel development, which enabled training of over 2,000 people.
432 employees completed professional development courses, 395 employees completed on-the-job training. 320 employees were trained at external educational establishments.
Pre-evaluation training in compliance with work and industrial safety requirements was organized for managers, specialists and high-potential employees. 811 people passed performance evaluation tests. 67 high-potential employees completed individual internship as part of their career development program.
Since the beginning of the year OAO Altai-Koks has held professional competitions among blue-collar workers as well as professional contests "Best Foreman" and "Young Leader".
