Managing
Managing is a collective executive office. Personal membership is confirmed by the Committee of directors and director general (chairman of Managing). The director general’s terms of reference cover day-to-day operation of the Company and also authorities concerning the work of associated companies, dependent companies or other legal entities (when the Company is a participant, founder or member) in conformity with provisions of the article of the Company.
